Paygora app

Paygora is designed to streamline business to business transactions. The two apps, one for buyers and one for sellers, take the pain out of business purchasing by providing a clean and intuitive user experience with all the required functionality to easily manage day to day tasks such as creating & managing orders, tracking, payment, buyer/seller communication & vendor management.

The app was developed using rapid prototyping methodology that allowed us to get from concept to interactive prototype in just a week. This process is designed to fast forward to a live minimal lovable product in a fraction of the usual time. We use open communication and an integrated team approach to achieve this.

We started with interviewing key stakeholders and it soon became clear that the benefits of Paygora’s innovative b2b payments solution was best experienced rather than explained. Given this we worked with the Paygora team to understand key workflows and mapped these to quick hand sketched wire frames and user flows.

We matched these to our existing personas to ensure we’d covered key requirements and there were no obvious road blocks that would impact the flow.

Confident we had a minimal lovable product we started working with the existing brand guidelines. We developed user flows in two look and feels, one sticking to the letter of the guidelines and one incorporating a few contemporary touches. These flows were developed in Sketch and Principal and exported to video for socialising with the client.

The client was sold on the more contemporary approach and these new elements fed back into the brand style guide.

Building on the existing user flows it was simply a matter of adding further interactions for a completed high fidelity prototype that operates on device and is practically indistinguishable from the final app but produced at a fraction of the time and cost.
